Why can't family members in college and military not be on family plan without residing at same address?

Because you can only add members to the plan who reside at the same address as the plan owner. 🙂

I understand that is the rule. My question is why is that the rule. They are my family and i am stilling paying for the education and living expense. That would make the a family member that should be able to be on the family plan.

I am just curious to why they are not elgible to be on the family plan.

Because that's just how Spotify's policy is at the moment. There's not much else I can say about it, sorry 😞

I am also looking for the logic behind this, it is obvious, that is the policy, but maybe they overview these kinds of situations. The problem is not being able to ask anybody from the company.
