Wife can't accept invite to family premium plan

Wife can't accept invite to family premium plan

Recently my wife's account changed into a free account even though she is on my family premium plan. I tried inviting her back in but it shows an error despite the address being correct. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If a member's been removed from your plan, we'd recommend double-checking to see if you've received any emails about this. This may help to provide some more info on what's happened. 

 

If not, and you're unable to re-invite them, we'd recommend reaching out to Support 🙂

They'll be the best folks to take a closer look backstage, don't worry.
