Wife cant join family plan

Wife cant join family plan

My wife (who lives with me) can not join our family plan (for which i am the plan manager)

 

I sent her the invite.  when she clicks on it, it says her address can not be verified and she needs to wait 12 months to try again,

 

I verified our address is correct in my account under family plan.

 

I see no where to contact spotify to help.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community, and welcome 🙂

 

Keep in mind that an account can only switch between Premium Family and Duo plans once every 12 months.

 

Looks like she might have been part of a different plan previously, so she'll need to wait 12 months before joining another one. However, she can still go back to the previous plan.

 

You can also ask her to reach out to our Support team here so they can take a look at her account and confirm what's happening.
