Won't add a family member

Won't add a family member

I have been using Spotify for a few months and my children have been using my account on their phones. I decided to upgrade to family Spotify and sent an inivitation to my daughters email address. For some reason it
A) thinks she is in the USA not the UK
B) won't change the country because it says the email address is already in use

I have tried changing the password of her account but it doesn't make any difference. Driving me mad!

Hey @Skyblue76, welcome to the community!

 

As it does not let you change the country of the account, I recommend you get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
