adding member to family premium account does not work

adding member to family premium account does not work

Hey!

I have a family premium account but one person of my family cannot join because the invitation is not accepted (error: something went wrong)

What can I do?

That's odd.

Could you ask your family member if he/she can try to use a different browser or clearing his/her browser cache/cookies?
