Mon compte à été débité mais aucun n'abonnement de spotify premium ne s'affiche !

Bonjour je viens de payer l'abonnement premium étidiant et je ne suis pourtant pas passé Premium et on m'a quand même débité 4,99 euros ! Comment faire ? Je viens de me faire voler, c'est lamentable.

I’ve been a Spotify premium user for over 5 years now, I never had any problems. but for some reason Spotify decided to stop my family subscription. I have already paid for this month but my subscription is already gone. What can i do??
