bought premium family by accident, I cancelt it but I would like to get my money back

Hello Spotify!

I just purchased a Family Premium Plan but I wasn't aware that I can't change my address. I was for one year in the US and was using the spotify family plan with my hostfamily. Now I want to have a plan with my family in Germany but I didnt know that I can't change my address. I already bought the spotify Family plan but cannot use it with my family. Because we don't have the same address.

I already cancelt the Family plan but I can't get my money back.
Can I please get my money back? Or is it better that my family in Germany says that they're living in the US so we all have the same adress? Or would that be a problem because its not in the US?

It helped me a little bit so now I know that I have about 14 days to fix it. 

But it wont tell me excactly how. 

They say:

'If you’ve never used your Premium subscription, or have bought but not redeemed an online Spotify gift card, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us.' But I cannot find something how to contact them. Or how to get a refund
