error code 3

try to share my premium account with my wife , but i got everytime the same Error Code 3 ....

Could you try removing the current invite and sending a new one to your wife's account from an incognito window on a desktop PC?

Once she receives it, ask her to accept it using a different device from an incognito window, if possible.
