family doesnt work

I am paying for family premium and have invited my two kids - they have received emails for acceptance but when they press the button they are asked to log in - which is not possible since they are from my family account and dont have their own... What to do? Ill quit my subscription of family premium if I cant get it to work. Best Soren

They will only be able to accept the invites if each of them has their own account. They can sign up at https://spotify.com/signup 🙂
