Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

If you are having trouble with the address when joining a Family plan, here's what you can do:

  • Make sure you are entering the full address and select Find.
  • If the address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.
  • If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don’t use someone else’s address.
  • You need to be living with the plan manager and enter the same address as the plan manager upon joining the plan.
  • If the email verification fails or they miss the 7-day window, the invited member’s account loses access to the plan and switches to the free version of Spotify. They can join the same Family plan again, but won’t be able to join any other Family or Duo plan for 12 months from the date the verification failed.

For more information, please check out Address and verification for Family plan.

Como hago si invito a una persona a mi plan de spotify pero dice que busque otro plan adecuado para el, poniendo la misma dirección pero aun así no deja, dice que solamente para miembros que viven en el mismo hogar

Same issue here, all that has been checked and verified and the error message still comes up. I'm about to cancel**bleep**.

Hi @TheSilenceKiller and @Homerogarcia828

If you have followed my previous suggestions, but the invite still isn’t working, try opening the link in an incognito/private window of your browser. If the invite expires, ask the manager of the plan to send you a new link to try again.

If there’s any information entered by an invited member that can’t be confirmed, they’ll get an email to reverify. They just need to enter their full address within 7 days of getting the email. If the email verification fails or they miss the 7-day window, the invited member’s account loses access to the plan and switches to the free version of Spotify. They can join the same Family plan again, but won’t be able to join any other Family or Duo plan for 12 months from the date the verification failed.
