family plan log in

family plan log in

I have added my daughter to my family plan. But I am unable to use it or log in to the same plan on her phone. my question is do i log in to her email address or mine on my daughters phone. TIA

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When she's in the Spotify app on her phone, she needs to use the same account login info that she used when accepting the Premium Family plan invite.

 

She can also use this guide to try to locate her account: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961
