home address - family plan - how to change

Dear All, I was invited to Spotify family. I am adding our home address but system doest accept provided address (street, zip code, etc.). Where person who invited me can check proper address which was provided before. Right now, I am with him looking for a way how to use spotify for families.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

We'd first suggest asking your family member to resend you an invitation by asking them to follow these steps:

1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
2. Click RESEND INVITE.
3. If that doesn’t work, click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.

Once you've received the invitation, we'd recommend opening it in an incognito or private window in your browser to complete the process.
