You should get a verifaction email to validate your Premium for Family address. If you got it and didn't verify on time (or you couldn't find it), you'll be kicked out of then plan. No worries though! You can easily solve this by getting in touch with Spotify here. They'll be able to take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible.
