my whole family was removed from my family account

 

All my family members were removed from my family account, we never received any mail or notification.

 

What to do now?

Super annoyed, you just kick out my wife and children without any notification.

 

And I can't add them again as it looks like, on my premium account there is no address linked and I don't see any option to put in my address.

 

How to solve the situation?

All family members have been deleted. A few weeks ago I had to enter an address, but I do not know if I entered everything correctly. If I now want to add my daughter, it is called wrong address. For 4 years I use Spotify - am satisfied, but by this procedure my pleasure in Spotify greatly reduced

Same here, three family members kicked out and trying to reenter fails, because address can't be verified. Kicking members out without prior notification if Spotify thinks something could be wrong is a NoGo!

 

The mobile devices are all in the same home network.

Its sucks. I live with girlfriend and she removed from my family account. The system does not accept when I try to add again. And i cant change my address for fix the problem. Because I need to create a new account in order to change my address. It's an easy process, but spotify makes it difficult.

I couldn't belive that spotify kicks out correct users without any support or assistence to fix this problem. But now it seems to be like this...

Seems like Spotify has my old address but I can't change it because I logged in with Facebook years ago. So I tried to change it by writing my new address in my Facebook account (which I actually don't want to have there...) but noting happend. Wrote a mail to Spotify and asked them to get the new information from Facebook and became a standard response that I have to delete my account and create a new one. Really? That's the "solution"? I'm really annoyed with that, to call this "costumer service" must be a joke...

Exactly the same happened to me weve all had to make new emails and accounts 3 times but it keeps happening

Yesterday I got this message from Sportify support:

 

"We will gladly check your subscription for you.

You can not change the address registered for an existing Premium Family subscription. If you have mistakenly identified them, you must open a new account and complete a Premium Family subscription for this account. We can help you.

We have requested your sub-accounts by e-mail (to the e-mail address with which the Accounts are registered with Spotify), so that we can check whether their accounts still meet the conditions of use for Premium Family.

All members of a premium family subscription must have the same address. They were removed from your subscription because we could not confirm the account using the information you provided or because we have not received this information from you.

If you believe that they are mistakenly removed from the Premium Family subscription, because all family members have the same address, please let us know. We also need the e-mail addresses and user names of your sub-accounts." (Translated by google)

 

No I will ask the support to doing the job. 

If I have to created a new accound I should leave spotify.
