no option to confirm address for family plan when invited to family premium

no option to confirm address for family plan when invited to family premium

I am the plan manager for the family account and am trying to add my sisters. They live at the same address I do, but when they click the link and log in, there is no option to confirm the address and the message returned is:

You can’t join this plan
We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months.
Or find another Premium plan that’s right for you.

How do I confirm the address through their accounts

Thanks for reaching out.


According to the error message, they've been part of a Premium Family plan and didn't confirm their address when Spotify asked them to do so, which is why they were removed from the plan they were in.

Minha esposa foi retirada do meu plano familiar. Tentei enviar um link para adicionar ela novamente e não foi possível. Recebemos um aviso de que não foi possível verifica que moramos juntos. Como corrigimos esse erro para que ela volte ao plano?
