on my family list, it keep saying that they're not on the list, and blocking my family from spotify. So it blocks my brother and sister's account once in a while and we can't do anything about it. Some of my brother lives in Provo, and i live in idaho, and of course we have different address, however, I don't know how to fix this problem.. any help plz

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address as the plan owner meaning your brothers from Provo aren't allowed to be in your plan. 🙂

what if we use as "home " address instead of college address?

What do you mean? All members must reside at the same address as the plan owner.

If some family members are living at home and some are living at college, they can't be in one plan.
