Benden üç kez ödeme alındı. Öğrenci premium üyeliğini yaptım onay geldi ama hala premium free olarak gözüküyorum. Ne yapmam lazım.

It sounds like the payment didn't go through. If thats the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
