problem adding additional people to family premium plan keeps asking if i am the plan manager

My Question or Issue

i am trying to add a person to the family premium account i have 4 slots used and 2 available.  Adding person on windows 11, has a spotify account.  sent a join plan email to the person and when they click on it it asks then to sign in and wants to know if they are the play manager, they say no and the try to enter their account information that matches the request.  it continues to revert back to the play manager account .  what am i doing wrong

Can you please ask the person who you're sending the invitation to open it using a private/incognito window?

Then they should double check the log in credentials to make sure it's the right one.
