problem with access to family plan

Hi, my family has made a family plan and everyone in my family was able to join but for some reason i can´t do so. I did receive the invitation from Spotify to join the family (together with the invitation code) but when I click accept invitation and I log into my account, it takes me to my free account and if I try to click premium, it gives me only the option to have the 30 day free trial of premium but doesn´t give me the option to join my family plan. 

Could you please tell me how to solve this and where and in which step I´m supposed to write the invitation code that I got?

Try redeeming the invite you received here. If you have any trouble, you can try redeeming the code using an incognito window to see if it helps.
