problems in my trip

I'm traveling around my country during my vacations and in the middle of everything the spotfy come to crash! It's saying that isn't possible to prove that you live in the same adress of the owner of te acounter ! I don't know what to do because I thought that could travel anywhere and my spotfy would work anywhere! Is That the publicity?! Isn't it?

When you're a family member, Spotify will check once in awhile if you're still in the same location as the owner of the account. If you're not it will stop working.
