removing pending invitations??? And adding family members

Sorry to say but I am more than very dissapointed with the lack of support from spotify!!! I just added premium family and I don't know how to cancel pending invites? Code they mention to add when family members are trying to sign up? Can't even see who the invites went to....! And not a lick of help or support!!!!! Please help

I am looking for some help ... I am trying to add a family member who’s lives with me and it is saying that they do not live at the address. It worked for him for a few months and then he got kicked out. Help?
