upgrading from premium to premium for family

upgrading from premium to premium for family

I had a spotify premium account and then upgraded to a family account. On the sonos app is still states that it is premium, not premium for family. When I use the sonos app and spotify app concurrently on my iphone, one app gets kicked off. Please help

Disconnecting your account from sonos, then reconnecting will fix that problem.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried disconnecting then reconnecting the sonos app previously but to no avail. Also, should the Spotify app show a premium or family account? See attached pic please
