hi I am using the family package but spotify wants to remove my son from the list, says that he is not living with us, which is not true, how can I prevent spotify from doing so?

That may be because he's using the app on his phone in several places far from home. I'd recommend going through the settings and remove Spotify entitlements to access the device GPS. Otherwise, contact Customer Support.
