We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

Just to confirm, when you mentioned your Premium account does not work, do you mean that you cannot log in or that you cannot see the Premium features? It'd be awesome if you could add more details for us to better understand what exactly is happening on your side.

Now, are you the manager of the plan or are you a member? If you're a member, we'd suggest you double-check with the manager of the plan if everything is in order. They can double check if you're currently part of the plan by going to their account page> Manage members. If they can locate these options, perhaps their account has gone free.

If you're the manager of the plan, and you can log in, but you cannot see Premium features, then we'd suggest you double-check if the payment went through correctly.
