Bugün öğrenci primium paketi aldım ancak banka hesabımı kontrol ettiğimde görüyorum ki 10tllik bir kesinti var. Bu kesintinin sebebi nedir? Bilgilendirme kısmında İlk ay ücretsiz yazıyor halbuki

If you were available to apply for the trial and the amount that was charged was less than the price of the discounted subscription, it most likely was an authorization charge to verify the validity of the card, but it should return to your account automatically. The time that it could take varies depending on the bank you use. You can find more info in this article.
