Hi, I have taken a student subscription when it was  0.99 cents for the first three months but now he indicates that I should pay 4.99 euro. How is this possible?

Hey @Lay_ Sorry for the late response

Since you haven't had Spotify Premium before, i would recommend contacting Spotify and inform them that you didnt recieved the offer they gave you. Go to this Spotify Support link and fill out the form.
