3 month promo premium for student

I availed a premium for student via phone bill last month 8/23/18 and I saw that there's a 3 month promo for student so I availed again today assuming that I can get the 3 month promo, but apparently the promo is not included on my subscription. Is the promo for only to those who are going to sign up for premium for student? and not for those who already are?

This offer is only available for people who haven’t tried Premium for Students. If you already have Premium for Students, you aren’t eligible for this offer.

If you haven’t tried Premium for Students and the offer isn’t working, could you send me a screenshot of the offer and the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
