900 PESOS POR 3 MESES - DESCUENTO NO APLICADO

Que tal?

Soy de Colombia y vi por internet el plan estudiantil donde pagas 900 pesos por 3 meses y luego un descuento del 50% en la tarifa premium. Accedi y tuve que enviar un soporte de estudio el cual fue valido y acabe de registrar el medio de pago pero me cobraron el 50% de toda la tarifa, es decir no los 900 pesos. Entonces pido que apliquen el cobro adecuado o me salgo de premium tan pronto como sea posible.

So we understand you've been charged the regular Student Discount rate from the beginning. Is it possible you have used Premium in the past, or have used your payment method to pay for someone elses account? Because the offer is only valid for users that have never had Premium before.
