About student subs. Payment error

About student subs. Payment error

Hi. I paid but my membership didn't upgrade. I wanna be more spesific, I tried to get premium  I paid 6.99 TL , this cost was deducted from my bank account but my membership didnt upgrade. By the way I m from Turkey, in Turkey student membership system wants to prove that. Im real student. Sorry for my bad english, am not good at this

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here.

 

Keep in mind that we use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. The verification can take a few days. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification here. As a heads up, this can take up to 12 hours to process.
