Hi-- I'm trying to switch my current account to my student account, but when I go to the page to do so, it get this (see attachment). Basically, it's just a spinning wheel and doesn't load. Can someone help? Thanks

Hi @meiamandrew2! Could you please try completing the transaction again in an incognito window or after clearing your browser's cache? This should hopefully do the trick.
