Brazilian Student Discount

Hi Guys, I need some help.

 

Today I tried to apply for the student discount here in Brazil,

 

But there was some kind of problem that couldn't open the confirmation window for the SheerID website. So I couldn't finish my verification.

 

However, they already charged my credit card. How can I refund my money or continue my verification? Every time that I click on the website it is kind frustrating that I need to go back from the beginning of the process, specially inserting my credit card number again, which makes me doubt if I am going to be charged again...

Hey guys,

 

This is being looked into. In the meantime, can you try clearing your internet browsing history and trying things once more while in incognito mode? Please also make sure that pop-up is enabled.

 

If the problem continues, please add your comments here so we can pass on your information to the right team.

 

As for the charges that you are seeing in your bank statement - these are just pending charges as the signup was not successful. This means no money has been taken and will be returned soon.

I've never had this problem before. I whould try contacting tweeting them on twitter on http://www.twitter.com/spotifycares this website or @spotifycares on there. If you have any more problems just ask. 😀

Não se preocupe! Se você estiver vendo cobranças inesperadas do Spotify no seu extrato bancário ou do cartão de crédito/PayPal, confira se elas não estão marcadas como “pendentes”.

Cobranças pendentes

A cobrança pendente é parte do processo de autorização do seu banco ou da sua operadora de cartão de crédito. Quando você agenda um pagamento, é feita uma autorização temporária do valor. No entanto, se a transação não for concluída, nenhum valor será debitado da sua conta.

Nesse caso, a autorização perderá a validade e os fundos reaparecerão no seu extrato. O tempo que esse processo leva pode variar dependendo do seu banco ou da sua operadora de cartão de crédito. 

Para mais informações, recomendamos entrar em contato diretamente com o seu banco ou sua operadora de cartão de crédito. 

 

Quanto ao processo de confirmação no site, sugiro que vc tente novamente usando outros navegadores do seu computador. Talvez limpar os cookies/cache também ajude.
