mi usuario es gaboloya y mi correo es *snip*, me hicieron el cobro para premium estudiante el 1 de mayo y a la fecha no me han activado mi cuenta premium, mandé la constancia de estudios y no tuve respuesta.

Keep in mind that the student discount verification is made by SheerID and they can take up to 28 days to give you a response. In this case, you only need to wait for their message.

If you don't receive any message, or your application for the discount is declined, the pending transaction will expire and the funds will go back to your card during the next days.

I WOULD WANT KNOW IF THE ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVED ON PREMIUM OR I CAN CONSIDERER ANOTHER MUSIC´S COMPANY.

If you've never received the verification email from SheerID to complete the purchase of your student discount subscription, the money should go back to your bank account automatically.

In this case, I suggest reaching out to your bank for more information about this transaction and how to have the money back.
