Can't access link to buy premium

My Question or Issue

When I try to purchase student premium, it wouldn't verify me. So I entered the documents manually and received confirmation that I was enrolled and that I could click a link to proceed with my purchase. This link, both the one sent to my email as well as via SMS, resulted in 500 errors. I'm seeing this problem pop up a bunch, but can't seem to find any solutions. Am I missing something obvious? Or is this just a bug that has gone unfixed?

This problem was solved (contacted Spotify Help on fb and they sent me a link to use instead)
