Can't renew student discount though I transferred to a new school

My premium student plan expires on 12/8/2024, but Spotify doesn't allow me to renew it because I've reached the 4-year extension. They said I can't get the student discount anymore, though I'm still enrolling in a school. I went to a school and used the discount for 4 years, but I thought they'd let me renew it since I'm in a new school now. Does anyone have the same issue? How would you solve it? I don't wanna lose the discount because I'm still a broke student 😞

Keep in mind that with Premium Student, eligible college/university students get Premium at a discount for up to 4 years (you need to renew and reverify every 12 months). Since you mentioned you’ve used it for 4 years now, it’s expected you can’t renew it further.
