Can't reverify for student subscription

Can't reverify for student subscription

I received an email saying that my student subscription would expire in a month unless I reverified. I clicked on the link but all it does is take me to my account page. I'm 99% sure I haven't used up the 4 year limit, so I'm not sure why it's not letting me reverify.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community. 

 

We recommend that you double check your receipts and confirm you haven't reached the 4 years limit of the student discount. If that's not the case it's a good idea to try and activate your discount anew, this time over a different network and preferably on another device. That way we can make sure it's not your cache causing the issues.
