Can't select expiration month when paying for subscription

As stated in the title, I'm trying to set up a payment plan for my student discount subscription and it physically won't allow me to select a month for the expiration date of my card. I can fill in everything else, but when I click on month there's no drop down menu and it won't let me type in the month either. 

I closed the browser and started again five times and it keeps happening, I'm about to throw my mac out the window

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your payment. Have you already tried using a different browser or a private/incognito window? I'd recommend attempting both and see if that helps anything. Good luck! 🙂

I am having this same issue! I tried refreshing the page and opening a new window, but that didn't work. I was originally doing it on Safari, so I tried doing it Google Chrome, but that didn't work either. (T-T)
