Can't upgrade HULU account after I linked Spotify

Hey there!

I recently bought the Student Discount with Spotify and linked my HULU account to it. However, I decided that I wanted the No-Commercials Plan from HULU and when I tried upgrading it on their website it did not allow me. I went ahead and canceled the HULU subscription via Spotify (because I couldn't eve do that through HULU) but I still can't upgrade my HULU account.

As you will see in the picture attached, there is no Upgrade or Manage button in the HULU subscription page. I tried contacting HULU but they said that I had to get in touch with Spotify because they were the ones billing it.

Any help?

Yea I'm trying to ad showtime but there seems to be now way to do it

Exact same problem. Hulu says they can't help me, Spotify says to disconnect a hulu account, contact Hulu. Hulu did say I could just start a new Hulu account, but I have had it for years, and I don't want to cancel my viewing history and start all over! This is ridiculous.
