Can't use student discount

I've confirmed my student status on Sheer, I went to link it to my account and the discount wouldn't show up, I tried on my other account which I'm using now and it says it's already in use. I've paid £9.99 for premium now because neither account would give me my discount! Is there a way to fix this?
