Cancel a request for student discount

Hi - I've just sent a request for student discount (ID verification) but would like to cancel it as I realised that there are no free trials for a student account. I am now trying Spotify with a normal account (30 free trials) and would like to switch my account after the trials.

Could you please decline my request and refund the money you've already charged? Also, the fees were somehow charged twice (technical problems?).

Are you able to see the status of the payments? If they're pending, it means you haven't been charged just yet.

If you successfully redeemed the 30-day trial, you'll be able to sign up for the discount here before your time expires.
