Cannot activate Hulu on laptop

On my laptop, I am unable to activate Hulu's service despite going through my Spotify profile to access Hulu.  It just takes me to the welcome screen to log in or select a Hulu plan. I was able to activate it on my PlayStation previously without issue. Am I only allowed to activate Hulu on one device? Or am I missing something on the laptop to activate it?
