Cannot link hulu account.

My Question or Issue

I keep trying to activate my Hulu through the "my services" section of my account. When I click activate, it says "just a few more steps" and then the next window says "We've hit a snag. Give it another try. If that doesn't work, please let Spotify know."

I keep trying to refresh but nothing is working. I was able to get the showtime service to work without a "snag". Any troubleshooting tips for my end? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
