Change payment for student discount

I need to change my payment method due to a cancelled credit card.  I applied through the "Premium for Students + Hulu."  I'm charged through Spotify but it would let me change the payment.  I have until the end of the month to change it or I lose both for $4.99/month for the rest of the year.  I can't find any other way of contacting Spotify.  Please help.

Do you have any trouble updating your payment method using an incognito window? What about from a different device?
