Charged but no premium still

I recently found out about the student discount so I tried to use that but after putting in all my bank card info I realized it was only for University and colleges, and I check today and it shows I was charged 4.99 from Spotify and I don't even have premium

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment might be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
