Charged twice and still I dont have a premium account

Charged twice and still I dont have a premium account

 I'm using spotify for the first time and after a week of free premium experience it ended. So as a college student I choose student discount. I entered everything card number college pdf ect. Then page give error. Then I tried again and it worked out. Then hours later and still I'm not premium. So I checked out and it turns out they charged me twice. They didn't send me an email or anything. Return the second payment and make my account premium Spotify!!

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the funds are put on hold waiting for the authorization to complete the purchase.

 

If you didn't receive the email confirmation for the student discount with the "Complete purchase" button, the funds should automatically go back to your bank account.

 

We suggest contacting your bank for more information on these pending transactions.
