Cobraron tarifa normal después de renovar la de estudiante

 

 

He tendio premium para universitarios por un tiempo, despues de que me pidiera renovar lo hice y aparecio validado pero este mes me cobraron tarifa normal y no aparezo con la suscripcion de premium para universitarios

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English 🙂

 

If you're unable to verify your student ID, please make sure:

  • You haven’t already claimed the discount on another Spotify account. Find other accounts.
  • Your school is listed. If you didn’t see your school in the list during sign up, we're afraid you're not eligble right now. 
  • You haven’t exceeded the 4-year limit. The discount lasts 12 months at a time, with the option to renew a maximum of 3 times as long as you're eligible. After 4 years, you're no longer eligible. 

 

If those didn't help, could you try using another browser to see if that helps? If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the communiuty.
