College doesn’t appear in student discount selection

I attend Nelson and Colne College and I am unable to find or select this college in the options for student discount. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

If you didn’t see your school in the list during sign up, you won't be eligible right now. You can read more about this in this support site article.

No worries, though, you can request for your school to be added to the list, by heading here. Once it's been included, you should be able to avail of Premium for Students with no issues.
