El dia de hoy compre la suscripcion de estudiantes y como mi escuela no estaba regstrada la registre y me aparecion que mis datos se habian enviado correctamente, el problema fue que al momento de checar el estado de mi cueta me aparece que mi cuenta es free y en mi tarjeta me hicieron 2 descuentos y no se como recuperar el dinero extra que me descontaron
Los muy....ha me han hecho lo mismo ,a mi 3 cobros y no hay manera de reclamar!!!
Igual a mi, me descontaron dos cargos de 50 pesos, no hay nada que podamos hacer????
Hola. al final, la verdad, que no se como, he conseguido chatear ,( en ingles) con uno de atencion al cliente de Spotify.
Te cuento, me ha dicho que es por sistema de vericacion , que tarda hasta 3 dias en verificar que cumples con los requisitos para cuenta estudiante, y mientras se quedan con tu dinero,....no saben nada estos.....
Y si no cumples , entonces que como maximo en esos tres dias te lo devuelven y si cumples se activa la premiun.
No me ha extrañado porque esta gente se las gasta asi, ya me paso con los de Apple, y tardaron pero me lo devolvieron.
Me han pillado una vez, pero no mas , pensaba hacerme una cuenta familiar, pero me parece que tururu! Y la próxima vez por paypal.
Asi que tranquilo y paciencia.

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
If you're having trouble signing up for the student discount, you can submit for manual verification (as a head's up, this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out Spotify Support and SheerID FAQs. If your school is not listed, you can submit this feedback form to SheerID.
