Currently paying spotify for students but every so often my account swaps to spotify family

I signed up for spotify student for the past year and a half but recently, my account swaps out to spotify family without my knowledge. Is there a bug or is my account being hacked?

The only way to change a subscription is to log in on your account on our website and to manually do the change. If you think someone is accessing your account unauthorized, take a look at this page for instructions on how to deal with this.
