Desconto Plano Estudante Sem Aprovação

 Solicitei o desconto de Estudante e já enviei minhas documentações. Ocorre que o valor de R$ 8,50 já foi cobrado na fatura instantaneamente mas ainda não recebi nenhum email nem por parte do Spotify nem da SheerID.

Preciso de alguma posição pois não passaram sequer algum prazo.
