Obtive o descontovpara universitários mas ao pagar o plano Premium me foi cobrado R$16,90. Por que isso aconteceu?

It sounds like you didn't successfully sign up for the student discount. No worries though, you can sign up for the discount here.

You'll start paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date.

Quando pagamos pelo plano Premium, recebemos um e-mail do Spotify com o recibo da compra. Chegou a receber?

Quando você acessa o painel da sua conta, ela aparece como Premium regular ou de estudante?

We're not able to see that info. You can double-check the status of your subscription here. If you're not Premium, you'll need to subscribe with the plan you want.
